I have been a paper planner girl since middle school when I had the Baby Sisters Club Planner- anyone else? When I started using an iPhone I tried to switch to an internet based planner or calendar, to-do list, and other apps to take the place of a paper planner and it just never really did the trick.
This year I knew I needed to get back to being more diligent with my day planning and general organization. And man I am glad I followed my gut on this change. This year has been full of adventures I didn’t anticipate and being more organized has saved my sanity and helped me be much more productive and even left me more room for fun.
I am working on sharing my whole planner set up, in the meantime I wanted to share with you a peek at my weekly planner sheets and monthly calendars. These are desktop or fridge layout pages that will print on your 8.5″ x 11″ printer paper. Add a 3 hole punch and keep them in your kitchen binder if that helps you out.

MONDAY START: I custom designed this weekly spread to start on Mondays because I like to take a few minutes on Sunday night to plan out the week.
PRAYERS & THANKS: I wanted to keep those important prayer needs and things I need to remember to be thankful for right where I would see them.
DON’T FORGET: Here I write down non-specific tasks or happenings that I don’t want to forget. This might include anything from “Drink more water” or “Call Nana”.
WORD FOR TODAY: Jot down an encouragement or scripture for the day.
SERVE & GIVE: I use this space to write down dinner plans and cleaning tasks. Let’s be honest, though, I don’t do a very good job with the cleaning tasks. I’ve got the meal planning down pat though! Always room to grow.
