Not sure what’s for dinner? Meal planning saves me so much time and stress. Not having to stand in the kitchen trying to find some creativity at the end of what was probably a long day makes it all worth it. But so many weeks I feel dry on ideas, or tired of the ones on my “Family Favorites” list. So here’s what’s for dinner at our house this week. Find links to the recipes (or most similar recipes) below. And PLEASE, leave me a comment if you have any ideas for next week.
- Moroccan Lentil Soup (slow cook)
- Homemade Pizza
- Spinach & Sausage Penne Toss (I use whole Italian Turkey Sausage, and slice once cooked through)
- Baked Tilapia
- Taco Casserole (Taco meat with black beans and corn, cover in corn bread mix with extra milk. Bake. Top with taco toppings.)
